Long Description
The property is approx 25% open pasture and 75% primary jungle. When you enter the property you go through a section of jungle and then it opens up into the first pasture area which is approx 10 acres. This section staircases down and is almost all usable and currently has a bodega and a horse corral. The view from this area is amazing and looks out at primary jungle, mountains, and ocean including the Ballena Islands! Then there is a trail through another section of jungle that brings you to the second 10-acre clearing which is much flatter and all usable.
