This is true of all Casa Canada properties – we protect our realtors. The municipality has finally issued a building permit that allows the pools they destroyed to be rebuilt. Photos of the original pools are attached, the new ones will be as close as possible to the originals. Construction will start right away. Also attached are photos of a condo furnished to give an idea of the layout. All condos are very similar inside. The ones we are selling are not furnished. All tenants were notified that their leases would not be renewed, however, leases will end at various times between now and April. Many tenants move out before the end of their lease when they locate somewhere else to live. There are two options for a prospective buyer. Buy now and receive rental income until the tenant leaves. Put down a deposit now, and close the sale after the tenant moves out. All condos are approximately 84 m², have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an open space kitchen, dining, and living area. There is an outside security company with two guards on duty, a full-time gardener, and a manager. It is located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal, a short drive to either beach and about 5 minutes from Coco central. Attached are the units sold and available. At the moment J1 and C2 are available, while the others are rented with between one month and seven months to go. Tenants are continuing to move out as soon as they find somewhere else suitable to live instead of waiting for the term to be up. Construction on the deluxe pool complex continues at a rapid pace. There will be a large, shallow jacuzzi pool with seating all around, a waterfall into the deep swimming pool which will have a beach and of course controlled jungle landscaping. Remember that prices on available units will increase from the current $95,000 to $99,500 on the first of September. If you interested in purchasing but can’t make the deposit until next month, please send the client name and we will protect the $95,000 price until the end of September.
