Long Description
This beautiful home is located in one of our most sought after communities, just 400 yards from the beautiful beaches at Bejuco! Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a large open floor plan with a pool, this home also has a single car garage, and each bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom! The living and dining rooms are one enormous open space, with sliding glass doors along the wall facing the pool, allowing in lots of natural light and allowing you to take advantage of the outdoor living space, which is key here in Costa Rica! The guest bedrooms have a queen sized bed, and the other has two twin beds. The kitchen is near the entry of the home with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher ( a rarity here), and the laundry area is at the back of the kitchen. There is also a half bath for guests, meaning no one has to traipse from the pool through a bedroom to get to a bathroom! The community is one of the top communities on the coast, with 2 large community pools, an owners' rancho, showers and bathrooms, along with 24 hour security, and all lawn maintenance for each home, front and back yards, is included in the HOA. Water is $65 per year, paid to the HOA office every January, meaning that owners only have to worry about electric and cable/internet, providing for incredible ease of ownership here. Worried about maintaining a septic tank? This is one of the few places on a sewer! These homes do very well as vacation rentals, as many people specifically look for this community year after year! With a comfortable mix of americans, canadians, and costa ricans from San Jose who maintain weekend properties here! Get familiar with the culture and still have some of the comforts of home!
