    This beautiful home is located in one of our most sought after communities, just 400 yards from the beautiful beaches at Bejuco! Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a large open floor plan with a pool, this home also has a single car garage, and each bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom! The community is one of the top communities on the coast, with 2 large community pools, an owners' rancho, showers and bathrooms, along with 24 hour security, and all lawn maintenance for each home, front and back yards, is included in the HOA. Water is $65 per year, paid to the HOA office every January, meaning that owners only have to worry about electric and cable/internet, providing for incredible ease of ownership here.
