Long Description
Beautiful home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool, and a solar system to keep electric bills low, all walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches along the Central Pacific Coast. With white cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, this home would make a great second residence, primary residence, or it already does well as a vacation rental home. The master bedroom has a king bed and plenty of room to spare, as well as an en suite bathroom with a vanity that matches the kitchen. The other two bedrooms are also large, and share a bathroom next to the living area. The living area/kitchen/dining area is wide open, and the home is sold fully furnished just like in the photos. There is a tiled pool, as well as a covered rancho for BBQ and sitting outside. The entry to the property is gated, and surrounded by a fence and a privacy hedge of dwarf bamboo and hibiscus. The home has an 8kw solar system on the roof attached to a reversible meter, which knocks off about $230 of the electric bill, meaning that even when renters are in the home for a full month and leave all the AC's on the entire time, the bill is still $75! Just 700 meters from the beach in Matapalo, as well as the famous Matapalo Supper Club German restaurant, and the grocery store at the beach! Playa Matapalo is a stunning beach, about 11 miles long, lined with almond trees and palms. Just a morning walk along the beach will show a plethora of sloths, monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, and the occasional anteater! Matapalo is a tranquil little town just 10 minutes from Dominical to the south, and 20 minutes from Quepos to the north, so a great location between two of the top tourist areas in the country! You can go play tourist when you want and still make it home for dinner!
