The top floor will blow anyone away, as the entire floor is the bedroom and magical bathroom... Here the views are endless, not to mention the macaws flying by making it feel like a true fairytale. So far ALL of this is just the owner's quarters. This is a real gem of a property in a prime location, which not only has the best views but you have total privacy. Let me take a minute to describe Valle Pura Vida; this is one of my favorite areas in Manuel Antonio. It is a strictly residential street, so nothing commercial keeping it quiet. Also, a big plus is that a few years ago there was a successful macaw release program in the valley, so there is abundant wildlife, not to mention the monkeys. In general, the area is protected. This makes it all the more wonderful, knowing you’re in the perfect Manuel Antonio location.
